SUN Circles is built for founders, presidents, CEOs, executive directors and their key leaders who are tired of going it alone, and are done settling for less than they are capable of. If your role demands relentless execution and you are ready to stop grinding through it alone, this is your room. The people in it are self-aware enough to know they don't have all the answers, and hungry enough to do something about it. What matters isn't where you are. It's that you're done staying there.
Who is it NOT for?
SUN Circles is not for everyone, and we mean that genuinely. If you are looking for shortcuts, a quick-fix program, or a room where you can network for your own gain without giving anything back, this will frustrate you. If your ego needs to be the loudest voice in the room, you will not last long here. The culture runs on honesty, generosity and doing the actual work. How is SUN Circles different from other peer groups?
SUN Circles is built for getting things done. The SUN Mastermind gives you a circle of peers every two weeks, your Dream. Plan. Do. Roadmap with quarterly targets, Study Action Circles to learn, 90-day circles with other members, and the SUN Toolkit so you never start from a blank page. Want more? An Accelerator adds a facilitated system for your sales or your whole company. Circles are 10 or fewer, confidential and professionally facilitated, so the focus stays on real bottlenecks, genuine accountability and measurable progress, not feel-good conversations that evaporate by Thursday. There's no revenue minimum, but every circle is carefully curated. We match members by the size and stage of their organization, their growth and sophistication, their ambition and their resources, drawing on years of building groups like these. And we never put competitors in the same circle. The Mastermind is $500 a month per person, with a rate for nonprofits.
Do you work with nonprofits?
Yes. Nonprofits pay $300 a month per person for the same program as the SUN Mastermind. Executive directors face the same challenges as any leader: budgets, people, plans and growth.
How the circles work
Who is in my circle? Will competitors be there?
Your Mastermind Circle is 6 to 10 founders, presidents, CEOs and executive directors who have been where you are, with a trained facilitator. We place you with people who are not your competitors, and we check before anyone joins. Circles are 10 or fewer, so every session is about your business. Sales leaders are welcome too, and we place you with peers in a similar role.
How is confidentiality protected?
What's said in the circle stays in the circle. Every member agrees to it in the Membership Agreement: you won't share another member's name, business details or anything they say with anyone outside the circle, while you are a member or after you leave. You can share what you learned, just not who said it. Sessions are never recorded without everyone's agreement, there is no selling in the circle, and our facilitators keep what you share confidential too.
Is it online? Are there in-person options?
The Mastermind meets online. In-person options are available too, from half-day sessions to longer retreats, for groups who want to meet face to face, monthly for example. Pricing depends on location, format and length, and we quote it once we know what you want.
What happens if I miss a session?
Your circle is only as strong as the people in the room. Members block every session like a board meeting and treat showing up as a commitment to each other. If you truly can't make it, let your circle know ahead of time and pick up at the next session. Sessions aren't recorded, so what's said in the room stays in the room.
What is the SUN Toolkit?
A business in a box. Every system you need, already built: Playbooks, templates, scripts and how-to videos for almost every challenge you face. Use it inside your organization and adapt it for your team. Never start from scratch again.
What are the Accelerators?
Two ways to go further. The Sales Accelerator turns your sales into a machine that doesn't depend on you: clear targets, a steady pipeline and a team that knows how to win. The Scaling Accelerator turns your business plan into results, with everyone seeing the plan and the score. Each starts with a 30-day X-Ray Orientation, then a 90-day execution phase.
What are CORE Sessions?

Time and schedule
How much time does it take each month?
Your Mastermind Circle is about three hours a month: 90 minutes every two weeks, on a consistent day you block like a board meeting. Add one Study Action Circle a quarter and any 90-day circles you start with other members. Use as much or as little as you need, all year long. In-person sessions vary in length, from a half day to a few days.
What happens in the summer and over the holidays?
Your Mastermind Circle rests in July, August and over the holidays, from December 15 to January 15. The Accelerator pushes follow the same calendar.
Cost and payment
How much does it cost?
SUN Circles is not a $47 to $997 course that ends up in your digital graveyard. It is not a $50,000 a year inner circle where you pay for the privilege of listening to someone so far ahead of you that the value is limited. And it is certainly not one of those high-ticket masterminds led by a guy filming videos from inside somebody else's private jet or their buddy's McLaren. The SUN Mastermind is $500 a month per person, and $300 for nonprofits, billed monthly all year. Accelerator investment is based on your team. Pricing is based on your organization's country and billed in that currency.
How does billing work?
Flat monthly, all year.
How does the guarantee work?
The Mastermind has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If it stops being worth it, tell us and we'll refund your current month. The Accelerators are a separate, committed program with their own terms, which we cover on your call.
Can my team members join?
Yes. Each leader takes their own seat. Bringing several leaders? Talk to us about seats for your team. Accelerator companies also get Study Action Circle seats for up to 3 staff every quarter.

How do I join?
Joining SUN Circles is a curated process, not a transaction. Book a free test drive and sit in on a Mastermind session. If it's a fit, we set you up after your call. We make sure there is a genuine fit, including making sure no direct competitors end up in your circle. If we do not have the right room for you yet, we will tell you that too.
